Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Ashley Manta, doing business as Elevated Intimacy Academy and Ashley Manta, based in Pennsylvania, United States ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and understands that information about sexuality, relationships, and personal well-being deserves particular care.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit ElevatedIntimacy.com, AshleyManta.com, PussyWhisperer.coach, or another website that links to this policy; subscribe to communications; purchase a course or digital product; attend a workshop; request coaching; or otherwise interact with our services. Together, these websites, products, and offerings are referred to as the "Services."
If you have questions about this policy or would like to make a privacy request, contact ashley@ashleymanta.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you subscribe to a newsletter, create an account, register for a workshop, request coaching, complete a survey, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, account information, communication preferences, and other information relevant to your request.
If you purchase a product or service, we may collect order details, billing information, transaction records, and purchase history. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which collect the financial information needed to complete the transaction. We do not knowingly store complete payment card numbers or security codes.
Coaching, course, and workshop information
Depending on the service you choose, you may share information about your relationships, intimacy concerns, personal goals, sexual experiences, identity, boundaries, health, reproductive experiences, or other personal circumstances. We may collect intake responses, scheduling information, course participation, questions, communications, and limited coaching notes reasonably necessary to provide the service you request.
You decide what personal information to share. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical records, government identification numbers, explicit images, or information about another person that you are not authorized to disclose.
Sensitive personal information
Some information you voluntarily provide may be considered sensitive under applicable privacy law, including information about sexual orientation, sex life, sexual or reproductive health, physical or mental health, gender-related experiences, or trauma history.
We use sensitive information only as reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, with your express or explicit consent when required, or when another lawful basis permits its use. We do not use sensitive coaching or health-related information to create advertising audiences, target advertisements, or develop marketing profiles.
Information collected automatically
When you use our websites, we or our service providers may automatically collect information about your browser, device, IP address, general geographic location, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and other interactions with the Services. This information helps us maintain website security, understand site performance, and improve our offerings.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors, scheduling platforms, course-hosting providers, event organizers, email-service providers, referral partners, social-media platforms, or other individuals when you authorize them to share information with us.
3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember preferences, understand website traffic, maintain security, measure marketing performance, and attribute referrals.
Some cookies are necessary for functions such as account access, security, or payment processing. Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, we will request that consent before those technologies are used.
You may manage cookies through your browser settings and any privacy controls made available on our websites. Where legally required, we recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
We do not authorize advertising technologies to collect the contents of coaching forms, session notes, sexual-health questionnaires, reproductive-health information, or similar sensitive disclosures.
4. How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
provide courses, workshops, coaching, digital products, and other requested services;
process purchases, payments, refunds, registrations, and account requests;
schedule appointments, provide customer support, and respond to inquiries;
send confirmations, receipts, access instructions, service updates, and other necessary communications;
send educational newsletters, promotions, and information about upcoming offerings when permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences;
improve website functionality, understand audience engagement, and maintain security;
prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, protect the rights and safety of our users, and resolve disputes; and
comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using personal information for a materially different purpose when required by law.
5. How we share information
We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including companies that provide website hosting, course delivery, payment processing, scheduling, email communication, video meetings, secure storage, analytics, and technical support. These providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are expected to protect it appropriately.
We may also disclose information to an event co-host or professional collaborator when you request or authorize that participation; to legal, accounting, or insurance advisers when reasonably necessary; to government authorities when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections.
If you request that we communicate with your therapist, physician, partner, or another professional, we will share relevant information only with your authorization or when legally required.
We do not sell sensitive personal information, coaching notes, sexual histories, sexual-orientation information, or reproductive-health information. We do not provide those materials to advertising networks or marketing partners for their independent use.
Certain advertising-related disclosures, if enabled, may be considered "sharing," a "sale," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. If applicable law requires an opt-out, you may exercise that right by contacting ashley@ashleymanta.com or using any privacy controls made available on our websites.
6. Coaching confidentiality, workshops, and recordings
We treat coaching inquiries, intake responses, and session notes as sensitive and limit access to those who reasonably need the information to provide, administer, or protect the requested service.
Coaching is an educational and supportive service and does not, by itself, create a physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, or other legally privileged relationship. Email, social-media messages, and ordinary text messages may not provide the same level of security as a dedicated client portal.
We do not record individual coaching sessions without advance notice and any consent required by applicable law. If a transcription, meeting summary, artificial-intelligence note-taking tool, or similar service would process identifiable coaching information, we will disclose its intended use and obtain any consent required.
Live classes or workshops may be recorded when disclosed in advance. Information shared in group discussions, event chats, or community spaces may be visible to other participants, and we cannot guarantee how those participants will handle information they receive. Please share only what you are comfortable discussing in that setting.
We will not publish an identifiable testimonial without your permission.
7. Your choices and communication preferences
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or emailing ashley@ashleymanta.com. You do not need to subscribe to marketing communications to purchase a product or receive a service.
Even if you unsubscribe from promotional communications, we may continue to send necessary messages about purchases, appointments, account access, security, and other service-related matters.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to certain uses, request a portable copy of your information, or opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or data sharing.
Submit requests to ashley@ashleymanta.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity, but we will not require you to create a new account solely to exercise a privacy right. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for making a request.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, you may submit an appeal to the same email address and explain the decision you would like reviewed.
8. Information for California and other U.S. residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act or another state privacy law applies to our business, eligible residents may have rights to know what personal information we collect, access or correct that information, request deletion, opt out of qualifying sales or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and appeal certain decisions.
We use sensitive information for purposes reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain security, comply with law, or carry out other permitted activities. We do not use sensitive information to build advertising audiences or infer sexual or health-related characteristics for marketing.
Where the Washington My Health My Data Act or a similar consumer-health privacy law applies, additional information about consumer-health data and related rights will be made available through a separate consumer-health privacy notice when required.
California residents may also contact ashley@ashleymanta.com about rights available under California's "Shine the Light" law, where applicable.
9. Information for Canadian residents
Where Canadian federal or provincial privacy law applies, we collect, use, and disclose personal information for purposes that are reasonable in the circumstances. We obtain meaningful consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and request express consent for sensitive information when required.
Canadian residents may request access to or correction of their information, withdraw consent where permitted, ask about our privacy practices, or raise concerns with ashley@ashleymanta.com. Depending on the circumstances, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy authority.
10. Information for European, United Kingdom, and Swiss residents
When European, UK, or Swiss data-protection law applies, we process personal information only when we have a valid legal basis, such as your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your rights.
If information concerns your health, sex life, sexual orientation, or another protected special category, we also rely on a separate lawful condition for processing, which will generally be your explicit consent unless another applicable exception permits the use.
Depending on applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of your information; object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing without the notices and safeguards required by law.
11. International data transfers
Our business is based in Pennsylvania, and personal information may be processed or stored in the United States, Canada, or other locations where our service providers operate.
When applicable law requires additional protection for an international transfer, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard, which may include an adequacy decision, an applicable data privacy framework, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful contractual and technical protections.
You may contact ashley@ashleymanta.com with questions about international data transfers and applicable safeguards.
12. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain accounts, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our business and users.
Coaching notes and other sensitive information are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the service provided, continuity of care, applicable legal obligations, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Marketing information is generally retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, although we may keep limited information necessary to honor an opt-out.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can guarantee complete security. If a data incident occurs, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and provide any notices required by applicable law.
13. Adults only
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately restrict that information.
If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact ashley@ashleymanta.com.
14. Third-party websites and services
Our Services may link to social-media platforms, event websites, online retailers, payment providers, or other third-party websites. Those organizations operate under their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, privacy practices, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective.
If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide any additional notice and obtain any consent required by law.
